Henna and Stephen's wedding over Memorial Day weekend in Philadelphia was one of the nicest I've shot this year (well…they're ALL nice, but nice in different ways). Henna was entirely organized, calm and collected, and the day went off with barely a hiccup! Having been around many, many new couples, I see couples that start off very different, then grow to have more in common--like me and my Hubbs--and then once in a while there's a couple like these two where it just makes sense from the get-go. From the meticulous way Henna handled the details of her wedding, to the quiet, thoughtful way Stephen wrote, then shared, his vows, these two were just such a great match. And I was so impressed by how devoted Stephen was to making Henna happy in every way on this day. The way these two were also supported by their families was also incredibly touching to witness: I felt a lump in my throat when Stephen's father ended his speech during the reception by looking over at Henna and saying hoarsely, "Take care of our boy." (AWWWWWW!!!!) I'm sure she will!
